96pha Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 96pha ("96pha," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 96pha online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 96pha.net and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the 96pha platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 96pha platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the 96pha platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

96pha reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 96pha platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

When registering your 96pha account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your login credentials – including your username and password – strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 96pha immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified 96pha of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

96pha employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your account data. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and login credentials. 96pha will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 96pha platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 96pha supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 96pha's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 96pha account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 96pha does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 96pha as promptly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. 96pha does not charge withdrawal fees.

Verification: 96pha may require identity and payment verification before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process.

Prohibited Transactions: You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

96pha offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 96pha reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are not available to professional gamblers or those using automated betting systems.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the 96pha platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 96pha or any player.

By participating in any game on 96pha, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and no strategy guarantees a win.
• You are playing for entertainment purposes and accept the risk of financial loss.
• You will not use any software, tool, bot, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• You will not exploit any technical error, malfunction, or software bug. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reversed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 96pha platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 96pha platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 96pha staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 96pha account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 96pha platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 96pha platform without the prior written consent of 96pha.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 96pha, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 96pha platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Technical errors, malfunctions, or delays in game outcomes or payment processing.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the 96pha platform.

96pha's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 96pha account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

96pha reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 96pha reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings, where permitted by applicable law. If your account is closed at your own request and in good standing, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 96pha informally by contacting our support team. 96pha will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.

13. Amendments to These Terms

96pha reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 96pha will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 96pha platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
